Our Services

The Hatchery offers a variety of catering services for groups of all sizes, and can make both multi-course dinners and family-style meals. We aim to create unique experiences tailored to your desires, and while we specialize in making more intimate tasting menus with a modern twist, we will be happy to help you create whatever dining event you can imagine. 

In addition to catering, The Hatchery also cooks for special events. We are currently doing pop-up tasting menus on the Shenandoah, a tall ship in the Vineyard Haven harbor, to help raise money for their unique programs and sailing adventures. We have also catered weddings on the island in previous years and are happy to cook for larger parties. If you are interested in being a part of our existing special events or would like to design an experience of your own, please don't hesitate to reach out. 

The Hatchery is committed to using organic ingredients and buying produce from local farms and businesses whenever possible. Alongside its environmental and health benefits, sustainable cooking allows us to support the island community and create high-quality, farm-to-table dishes. In addition to our focus on sustainability, we also endeavor to help our community in other ways, including fundraisers and charitable events. An example of this is the Shenandoah Project, where we partnered with the Martha's Vineyard Ocean Academy to help raise money for their youth sailing and outdoor education programs through various pop-up dinners.
